The Crosby Street Hotel

Montreal’s finest, Maddy K, Valerie Windsor and, Sylva K were in town to attend Preston Bailey’s book party. PR genius Lisa Barr arranged a beautiful lunch for us and other industry greats.

The Crosby Street Hotel, nestled between Spring and Prince Streets in Soho was the perfect setting for this meeting. Tim and Kit Kemp opened this hotel in October. His role is the structural design and she is responsible for the fantastic interior design. She hand picks ever aspect of the decor. All 86 bedrooms and suites are decorated uniquely. There is vibrant color, textured walls and heaps of character throughout each inch of the property. Lunch was lovely, but this hotel is a feast for the eyes.

Take a look:

The lobby.

A guest room.

This private theater is perfect if you’d like to host a movie night or show your family or wedding video to guests on a big screen.

Spring Room for Private Dining.

This British husband and wife duo have six Firmdale Hotels in the UK, this is the first in the US with plans for two more in the works.

I thoroughly enjoyed my afternoon on Crosby Street and while it would be lovely for an intimate wedding, this venue would be excellent for a rehearsal dinner or engagement party. The suites are prefect for brides to get ready in as their floor to ceiling windows offer magnificent views of lower Manhattan.

  1. and that "executive" suite- I cannot get it out of my mind! Love your recap on the space; as always, it was awesome to see you. 🙂

  2. Amazing.
Every room is a sensual, visually exciting experience.
