It’s a week of sharing all my dirty little secrets. Okay, well not all, but… I adore serving platters and could easily shop for pieces to entertain with all day long. When I recently came across this item, I was immediate intrigued. I certainly appreciate antiques and love to shop thrift sales but am not a huge online shopper. I know, I am old school. When I do shop, I like the experience of touching it, feeling it and dreaming what I would do with it.

Imagine my delight when this wonderful piece arrived in the mail!!! I had told my friend that I liked it and she surprised me with it. Happy Day Vintage is her sister-in-law’s on-line store. I may be hooked on vintage and am much more open minded to alternative measures of shopping. Anyway I can find intricate, interesting and one of a kind pieces to adorn my events is a retail success.
